Shipping Rates

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat shipping rate on all orders:

  Standard Shipping: 300PKR per order.

  Whether you buy one bottle or five, the shipping cost remains the same.
  

Delivery Timeline

We know you're excited to start hydrating! Our standard delivery window is:

  Estimated Delivery: Within 5 business days from the date of your order.

  Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Safe Packaging

Drinkware can be delicate. We take extra pride in our packaging process, using protective materials to ensure your bottles and tumblers arrive in pristine condition, ready for your next adventure.

Missing or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the 5-day window, please contact our support team at kayyyforcups@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll make it right!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kayyyforcups@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: H#200-D Latifabad Unit-10, Hyderabad, Sindh.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
