We want you to love your aesthetic drinkware. Since our products include fragile items and personalized customizations, we have established a clear and fair return policy to protect both our customers and our small business.

Please read our terms below:

1. Refunds Are Only Issued When:

• We sent the wrong product and a replacement is unavailable.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized/Personalized Items: Any cup, bottle, or tumbler crafted with custom names, initials, or bespoke designs cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrived physically damaged from our side (subject to the Unboxing Video rule in our Shipping Policy).
• Used Items: For hygiene reasons, any drinkware that has been washed, filled, or used cannot be accepted for a return or exchange under any circumstances.

3. 24-Hour Returns & Exchanges (Standard Items Only):

• For non-customized, standard items: we offer a strict 24-hour return or exchange window from the exact time of delivery.
• Eligibility Criteria: The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged product packaging.
• Receipt Rule: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items (On Arrival):

• If your item arrived broken, defective, or if you received the incorrect design/color from us, please refer immediately to our Shipping Policy regarding the required Unboxing Video. Once the unboxing video is verified by our team within 24 hours of arrival, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement to you at zero extra charge.

5. Refunds & Mode of Payment:

• Once your returned item (If wrong product is sent and replacement is unavailable) is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the following methods:
• For Online/Bank Payments: The amount will be reversed directly to your original payment method (bank account or card).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD): Since you paid in cash at your doorstep, we will issue your refund digitally via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or a Direct Bank Transfer to an account provided by you.
