Shipping Rates

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat shipping rate on all orders:

• Standard Shipping: 300PKR per order.

• Whether you buy one bottle or five, the shipping cost remains the same.

Delivery Timeline

We know you're excited to start hydrating! Our standard delivery window is:

• Estimated Delivery: Within 5 business days from the date of your order.

• Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Safe Packaging

Drinkware can be delicate. We take extra pride in our packaging process, using protective materials to ensure your bottles and tumblers arrive in pristine condition, ready for your next adventure.

Missing or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the 5-day window, please contact our support team at kayyyforcups@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll make it right!
